Refund & Return Policy – Clean Truck Check LLC

At Clean Truck Check LLC, we aim to keep our policies transparent and customer-friendly. Below is our official refund policy based on how the service is provided:

1. If You Visit Our Location

If you come to our testing location and:

• The test is not performed,
• Or if the vehicle is under 14,000 pounds and is not subject to this testing requirement

We will issue a refund after deducting $30 service charges.

2. If You Opt for Mobile Service (We Come to You)

In case our technician visits your location for mobile testing and:

• The test is not performed,
• Or your vehicle does not require Clean Truck Check

We will deduct the following charges before refund:

• $30 service charge
• + Mobile visit charges (based on area)

👉 The remaining amount will be refunded via your preferred method (e.g., Zelle).

Important Refund Conditions

• All refunds must be requested within 7 days of the test date.
• We reserve the right to verify test validity before initiating any refund.
