Terms & Conditions – Clean Truck Check LLC

By booking or receiving services from Clean Truck Check LLC (“CTC”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Test Outcomes

• In Case of Fail

If a vehicle fails the test, the client must fix the issue(s) and complete the required warm-up cycles as per CTC rules before requesting a retest.

• In Case of Not Ready

If a vehicle shows “Not Ready” status, the client must complete the required warm-up cycles as per CTC rules before a retest can be performed.

2. Retest Policy

1. Free Retest Within 30 Days
   • The retest is conducted at a CTC technician’s location; or
   • The client presents a newly repaired or fresh truck along with the original failed truck for retesting.
2. Standard Fees After 30 Days

• Beyond 30 days, or if the above conditions are not met, standard testing fees will apply.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must ensure vehicles are properly maintained and ready for testing.
• Warm-up cycles must be completed as instructed by CTC technicians.
• Failure to follow warm-up cycle procedures may result in “Not Ready” or “Fail” status.

4. Disclaimer

• CTC is not responsible for repairs, maintenance, or costs associated with fixing a failed vehicle.
• Results are based on California Air Resources Board (CARB) requirements and diagnostic outcomes.
• All services are subject to CARB/DMV regulations.

5. Acceptance

By scheduling or completing a test with Clean Truck Check LLC, the client acknowledges and accepts these Terms & Conditions.
